	Hufflepuff Common Room More like a cellar than a dungeon, the Hufflepuff common room is brightly lit and cheery. It may not be above ground, but it still radiates warmth and happiness. It's found behind a statue of Edgar the Edible, who carries a basket of food. Moderator: Dawn Alliwenn	0	0
	Professor Munchen's Office A small room leading off the Potions classroom, this office is remarkably homely for a dungeon. Moderator: Dawn Alliwenn	0	0
Ground Floor
	Entrance Hall A high-ceilinged room with marble staircase and pathways to the dungeons, the Entrance Hall is majestic. Moderator: Dawn Alliwenn	2	10
	Great Hall A beautiful room with enchanted ceiling, students from all houses gather to eat and even study here. Four long house tables sit in front of the High Table, where the professors dine. Golden plates and goblets don the tables at mealtimes and candles hover above them all. Moderator: Dawn Alliwenn	2	4
	Staff Room A wood panelled room with comfy armchairs and a large cloak cupboard, professors relax here after their lessons. Moderator: Dawn Alliwenn	1	22
	Spare Classroom Classroom 11 is currently disused, and dusty in the corners. Chairs and tables are stacked up around the corners, and the blackboard is covered with notes and graffiti. Moderator: Dawn Alliwenn	1	1
	Professor Peak's Office The ancient Ancient Runes teacher has a tiny office near the Great Hall, which can often be mistaken for a cupboard from the outside, and is not that much larger inside either. Moderator: Dawn Alliwenn	0	0

	Professor Ashford's Office As you walk into the office on the first floor transfiguration corridor, you see before you a marvellous room with bookshelves filled with books, muggle and wizarding. The bookshelves stretch from where you are on the left side, around the walls, and back to your right. You see a man sitting at the middle desk with two seats in front. "Hello, how are you today? Second Floor
	Arithmancy Classroom The art of telling the future using numbers is hard and precise. Only those willing and determined will have any success in this class. Moderator: Dawn Alliwenn	2	9

Fourth Floor
	Library A magnificent room filled with books about any subject you could possibly want. Study tables are available for quiet work. Moderator: Dawn Alliwenn	1	12
	Professor Valkein's Office The Arithmancy Professor's office overlooks the Forbidden Forest. It's still quite bare, but is rapidly acquiring a homely feel. Moderator: Maximilian Valkein	1	7

Fifth Floor
	Study of Ancient Runes Classroom A difficult but interesting subject, Ancient Runes is most valued by those interested in History. Moderator: Dawn Alliwenn	0	0
	Professor Conrad's Office A room filled with belongings and artefacts, Conrad's headquarters are adjacent to his office, with a balcony-cross avery for his hawks. Come here if you have a question for him or for any other reason. Moderator: Dawn Alliwenn	0	0
Sixth Floor
	Transfiguration Classroom The art of changing one thing into another: Transfiguration. It takes skill, but anyone can learn. Moderator: Dawn Alliwenn	0	0
Seventh Floor
	Room of Requirement A room that can only be found when the pursuee is in great need. It will help and provide as much as possible and can disguise itself as many things. But be careful a teacher doesn't find you in there! Moderator: Dawn Alliwenn	0	0
	Professor J. Esthral's Office Cluttered full of Dark Detectors and cabinets, this is the office of a true DADA professor and Hufflepuff Head of House. Moderator: Dawn Alliwenn	0	0
	Madam R. Esthral's Office The flying instructor and Quidditch ref's office is adjacent to her husband's, but separate. Pictures, memorabilia, and many things besides are in this room. Moderator: Dawn Alliwenn	0	0
Towers
	Astronomy Tower Used mainly for classes (but is a rumoured good spot for a date), it's the largest tower, so has an unobstucted view of the sky. Moderator: Dawn Alliwenn	1	11
	Headmistress's Office A circular room with portraits of past Headmasters and Headmistresses, her residence is also here. A magnificent chair stands behind a large oak desk, in front of which are two more chairs. Bookshelves and cabinets line the room, holding strange instruments and devices. 	Divination Classroom A round room accessible by a ladder, the Divination room is the ideal setting for such a "gifted" lesson. Moderator: Dawn Alliwenn	0	0
	The Owlery A round room with glassless windows, the owls rest here during the day. Their owners are allowed there at all times (except after dark), and those who don't have an owl can use a school one. Moderator: Dawn Alliwenn	1	6
	Gryffindor Common Room The Gryffindor common room sits behind a portrait of a Fat Lady. It's round and inviting, radiating warmth. Moderator: Dawn Alliwenn	2	8
	Ravenclaw Common Room Situated on the West side of the castle, the Ravenclaw common room is behind a silver door, and will only open to a password. It, like the other common rooms, is round, but has many windows. Moderator: Dawn Alliwenn	0	0
	Professor Atreides' Office The office and sleeping quarters of Ganymede Atreides, the Astronomy teacher's room is filled with star charts, maps, pictures and many other things besides. Moderator: Dawn Alliwenn	1	3
Grounds
	Courtyard A courtyard in the centre of the castle provides shelter from the rain, snow and wind, but not from the biting cold. Paved, but scattered with trees, it's a good spot to sit during the cold winter months. Moderator: Dawn Alliwenn	0	0
	Lawns Green lawns stretch out in all directions, down to the lake, the forest, the Quidditch Pitch ... they're always well kept. Moderator: Dawn Alliwenn	1	7
	The Lake The lake is a deep and foreboding place, complete with a giant squid, Merpeople, Grindylows and other creatures. Being very cold, it's not a recommended swimming venue. Moderator: Dawn Alliwenn	1	16
	Quidditch Pitch A full-sized stadium sits here, with raised seats and large, white goalrings. Moderator: Dawn Alliwenn	1	1
	Herbology Greenhouses This class is held in the greenhouses, which hold venomous and dangerous plants, their ferocity varying from Greenhouse 1 (barely interesting) to Greenhouse 3 (vicious and deadly). Moderator: Dawn Alliwenn	0	0
	Forbidden Forest Dark and dangerous, students rarely venture into the Forest. Werewolves, unicorns and centaurs are among the creatures living here. As its name suggests, the forest is out-of-bounds and any student found there will be in trouble. Moderator: Dawn Alliwenn	1	2
	Care of Magical Creatures One of the most interesting classes in Hogwarts, this class features a range of different animals, from Flobberworms to Bowtruckles to Erklings. Theory and practical both covered. Moderator: Dawn Alliwenn	0	0
	Professor Waterlily's Office The young herbology professor's office used to belong to Hagrid, but has now been redecorated beyond recognition. Moderator: Dawn Alliwenn	0	0
	Gardens The gardens of Hogwarts: an area of cultivated ground between the castle walls and the Herbology greenhouses. They're mainly for ornamental value, although all the plants there have their uses if you look hard enough. Moderator: Dawn Alliwenn	2	29
Out-of-School Venues
	Platform 9 3/4 A hidden platform in Kings Cross Station, the Hogwarts Express leaves from here every year to carry students to Hogwarts. Moderator: Dawn Alliwenn	0	0
	Diagon Alley A purely magical street with all sort of shops for the average (and not-so-average) wizard. Anything you could need is here. Moderator: Dawn Alliwenn	0	0
	Leaky Cauldron A large and popular wizarding pub, the Leaky Cauldron is also the entrance to Diagon Alley. Moderator: Dawn Alliwenn	0	0
	Hogsmeade The only entire-wizarding town in Britain, it consists of many shops including Zonkos Joke Shop, Honeydukes, The Three Broomsticks and many others. It's also home to the infamous Shrieking Shack. Moderator: Dawn Alliwenn	0	0
